Use it directly on the barbecue or in the oven at home. Porcelain enamel surface is an inert, non-porous and naturally non-stick surface. Granite ware bake, broil and grill set uses the same great Porcelain on Steel construction used in our famous Granite Ware Roasters. Porcelain on steel construction is stronger and safer than foil type pans.

Please note that it is a glass type surface so if dropped, it can chip however this will not reduce the performance of the cookware.
